You need to fill our Free Assessment Form in our website and submit it. We will then come back to you with in 1 – 2 working days to confirm your eligibility. In some cases, we will request for more information to assess your application.

Upon confirmation of your eligibility to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain, we will also confirm our charges to proceed further with your application. If you’re interested with every thing, then we will proceed with your application guidance.

3.Do you charge for Initial Assessment?

We don’t charge Initial Assessment. It is free.

4.How much do you charge for Indefinite Leave to Remain Application?

Our charges will depend on the complexity of the application and category you applying under. So it is difficult for us to provide the charges at this stage. But

our standard “Indefinite Leave To Remain” service charge starts at GBP 495 excluding UKBA Application Fees

We provide initial assessment & advice through telephone & email for free. But if you wish to take Personal Appointment to discuss your case, we charge GBP 95 for maximum of two hours appointment.

6.Do you provide Same Day Visa Appointment Service?

Yes, we provide Same Day Visa Appointment Service at Croydon Office subjected to availability

7.How much do you charge for Same Day Visa Appointment Service?

We charge GBP 250 for Same Day Visa Appointment Service including all dependents.

8.I want to travel abroad soon; can you provide fast track service?

Yes, we provide Fast Track Service to people who got travel plans. We provide our initial assessment and application support on fast track basis. But we can’t change UKBA Application processing timelines.

9.Can you guaranty the success of my application?

No one can guaranty the success of an application. But with our expert knowledge and skills, we got 99% success rate in our previous applications.

10.What is the processing time of the ILR Applications?

Currently UKBA taking six months for postal applications and 24 hours to Personal Applications;
But timelines may vary depends on rush of applications at UKBA Offices.
