Hi I would like to express my gratitude to the advisers and the team who really worked hard to clear my immigration problem. I came to UK on Work permit and later on I have changed my employer, but my employer and myself we were unaware of the changed rules and my change of work permit was not applied on time. When my employer applied the Work Permit the Home Office had canceled my Visa and warned me to go back to India. Hello, I am a student in UK pursuing NVQ level 4 in health and social care. I would like to share my experience in visa's hassles with you all. I came to UK on student visa to do NVQ level 3 in health and social care. I have completed my NVQ level 3 and I was interested to pursue NVQ 4, but unfortunately my college was not doing NVQ4 for which I have to approach other colleges in Leeds. Later on I have paid my fees and enrolled in NVQ4 course. After 3 months I have applied for the student visa as it was about to expire, but unfortunately my student visa was refused stating the my college was not registered with DFES which I was not aware of. I've approached Easy Work Permits for help, they took up my case made me enrolled in a good college and applied for my student visa with all the necessary documentation.
